Characteristics

INDEX

LATINDEX. Is a system of information on scientific research journals published in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. It is the result of cooperation between a network of coordinating regional and national centres, collecting and disseminating bibliographic information on the series of scientific publications produced in the region. Latindex was created in 1995, forming part of the systems of institutions in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Portugal and Venezuela. In this index, GLOSSAE appears in the Catalogue, signifying that we are amongst the 2,000 journals of higher quality out of the 20,000 indexed.

RESH. Evaluates the impact of Journals of Social Sciences and Humanity. GLOSSAE is indexed between 1999 and 2003.

ISOC. Is a database of the CSIC, holding 20 articles published in GLOSSAE.

LANGUAGE

SECTIONS

GLOSSAE is structured, following that of the first run, in three sections: ‘STUDIES’, ‘BOOK REVIEWS’ and ‘NEWS’. ‘Studies’ contains the articles with their corresponding abstracts. ‘Book Reviews’ contains brief notes on recently published monographs, although on some occasions the monographs will not be as recent. The ‘News’ section is an account of the celebrations of conferences, workshops, seminars, relevant lectures, and other activities related to legal history.
