Abstract

In the prsesent study we attempt to highlight how it should be noted thar already in the Royal Charter embodies a legislative policy is less severe compared to the Jewish population, reaching temper, at least in some case, the regulatory rigor seen in legislation canonical, legislation was softened, or unobserved, for the same prelates, as seen in the case or the tithes.
