Abstract

Constitution Project sent to the King Fernando VII, in 1827, by the liberal Spanish journalist and politician Agustin Letamendi, from his residence at Charleston (United States of America), where the leading principles in which it should be based, added to several sociopolitical and economic reflections of great interest for Spain and for its relations with the new Hispanic-American countries, are proposed.
