Abstract

Father Feijoo is a cultural and multifaceted figure who wrote about the juridical phenomenal. He wrote about penal law, which central topics are the torture and the abolition of the death penalty, the introduction of security measures and the criminals’ civil responsibilities. He also wrote about procedural law and criticizes the slow litigious transactions.
