Towards an extensive conceptualization of transitional law: Contributions from the history of law

Abstract

The notion of transitional justice has gained strength in recent decades within the field of political and legal studies. But along with this idea, it seems appropriate to delve into an even broader notion, which could be called “transitional law”. The academic contributions made by other authors and included in this publication point in that direction.
