The development of International Criminal Law as a punitive element of the most serious crimes against humanity, intensely, in the second half of XXth century has given as a result a relevant influence in transitional criminal procedures because it has implied that the raising government can escape from the responsibility of national criminal procedures and, at the same time, it can accomplish its international human rights obligations and the assignment of fighting against impunity.
