The European judicial model of the 18th century
Keywords:
ius commune, historiography, di, different conceptionsAbstract
Critical refinement of the concept of "ius commune", highlighting its variety of content. Modern historiography basically uses four different conceptions of the "ius commune", the jurists of the past up to ten different models and the legal systems of the past up to six models. Consequently, the historiographical model suitable for its study is that of "differentiated penetration".
