The dowry restitution in the justinian law

This study analyzes the reform carried out by Justinian about the restitution of the dowry in case of dissolution of the marriage. This reform was constructed from the previous regulation, taking of what is considered suitable to maintain, while it is left out what it is already not useful, being the governing idea to protect the interest of the woman.
