The Crime of rape in the Spanish criminal Codification of the 19th-20th centuries: an approach to its jurisprudential analysis

observed the evolution of the type of crime in the nineteenth-century Penal Codification and the way in which it is maintained in the following century, until 1995. On the other hand, it is proceeded to study a set of sentences that reach in cassation to the Supreme Court. So the doctrinal contributions of the High Court are observed.
