Jurisprudential contribution of the Supreme Court in the legal configuration of the crime of violation of secrets in public officials (1870-1978)

The jurisprudential contribution of the Supreme Court is analyzed in the legal configuration of the crime of violation of secrets in public officials in Spain between the period from 1870 to 1978. The normative evolution of the crime of violation of secrets in four Penal Codes is examined (1870, 1928, 1932, 1944) and a jurisprudential analysis is carried out (1870-1978) to conclude if the jurisprudence of the TS has contributed.
